Welcome India
As a result of significant response with recent outreach to nurses and nursing students in India, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador is currently planning for a number of recruitment activities with nursing colleges and government partners in India. This website will provide information about this evolving initiative as details become available.
The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the provincial health authority, Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services, are currently recruiting nurses from India to help solve crucial health care challenges. Nurses are critical to our health care system and we greatly value their commitment and dedication to patient and resident care. The goal is to place qualified nurses from India in various health care facilities throughout the province.
